Casa del Mar LLC (“Casa del Mar,” “we,” “us”) operates casadelmaroc.com and produces 21+ live events in Southern California. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you submit a VIP table reservation request, we collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile phone number
• Your email address
• The event date you are asking about and your party size
• Your confirmation that you are 21 or older
• Your consent to receive text messages, including the date and time it was given and the exact consent language shown to you

If you text us directly, we collect your mobile number and the content of your messages so we can respond and keep a record of your reservation. A member of our team may also contact you personally from a separate mobile number to coordinate your reservation.

We also collect standard technical information when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use it

• To respond to your reservation request and coordinate your booking
• To send reservation confirmations, deposit reminders, and arrival instructions
• To send announcements about upcoming Casa del Mar events, if you opted in
• To verify you meet the 21+ age requirement for our events
• To improve our events and our website

Text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our reservation form, or reply YES to our confirmation message after texting us, we will send you text messages about your booking and about upcoming events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it to do their job:

• Our reservation database provider, to store and manage your request
• Our text messaging provider, to deliver messages you have consented to receive
• Our payment processor, to issue and collect deposit invoices
• Our ticketing partner, for event admission
• Law enforcement or regulators, where legally required

Each of these is bound to use your information only to provide services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation records for as long as needed to operate our business and meet legal and tax obligations. If you opt out of text messages, we retain a record of that opt-out so we do not contact you again.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at jonah@corsavo.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Age requirement

Casa del Mar events are 21+. This site and our services are not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
