Program description

Casa del Mar LLC operates a text messaging program for guests who request VIP table and cabana reservations. The program sends reservation coordination messages (availability, pricing, deposit reminders, confirmations, arrival and check-in instructions) and announcements about upcoming Casa del Mar events.

How to opt in

There are two ways to join:

• Check the SMS consent box on our VIP table reservation form at casadelmaroc.com/reservations. The box is not pre-checked. You must also confirm you are 21 or older.
• Text TABLE to our reservations line. You will receive one automated reply asking you to respond YES to confirm. No further messages are sent unless you confirm.

Who texts you

You may hear from us from two different numbers, and they work differently:

• Our reservations line. Automated confirmations and event announcements come from this number. Everything described in these terms, including STOP and HELP, applies here.
• A direct line from a member of our team. To coordinate your reservation, someone from Casa del Mar may follow up personally from a separate mobile number. These are individual messages typed by a person, not automated or bulk messages.

Replying STOP unsubscribes you from the automated program on our reservations line. If you would also like a team member to stop texting you directly, just tell them and they will stop.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and upcoming event dates. Guests with an active reservation typically receive more messages than those subscribed only to event announcements.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Casa del Mar does not charge for the messages themselves. Any charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from our reservations line. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further automated or announcement messages after that. To rejoin, reply START. To stop direct messages from a team member, simply tell them.

Age requirement

This program is for people 21 and older. Casa del Mar events are 21+ and our messages may reference alcohol service. By opting in you confirm you are 21 or older. If we learn a subscriber is under 21, we will remove them.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s transmission.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
